Terms and Conditions
·       A 30% deposit will be due upon making the booking
·       Balance payment is due 3 weeks prior to arrival
·       Full payment is due at the time of booking if guests are due to arrive in less than 3 Weeks
·       All payments made are non-refundable
·       In the unlikely event that Park fees, or Tourism tax fees are increased by the governing bodies- we will update you on the new rates, and updated balances due for the bookings affected by the price increases.
·       Names & dates may be altered subject to availability up to 14 days prior to arrival
·       All divers must show proof of certification at check in
·       Divers who wish to dive Sipadan must have a minimum of Advance Open Water level certification or 
·       Any diver not adhering to Standard Safe Diving Practices and/or not complying with our safety & environmental guidelines will be excluded from any further dives and no refunds will be offered
·       Trips are subject to weather conditions
·       Dive Semporna S/B (Scuba Junkie) reserves the right to change dive destination without prior notice, due to factors out with the control of Dive Semporna.
·       Please ensure divers details provided at the time of booking are the same as what is on their passport- failure to do so may mean your guests is rejected by Sabah Parks at Sipadan. Packages rates exclude the cost of transfer from Tawau. Guest will need to pay for this in cash directly to the driver. Package rates are for certified AOW (or above) divers and are per person.
·       To dive at Sipadan, divers must hold a minimum AOW or equivalent certification level.
·       Due to Sipadan & Si Amil sites being of a more advanced nature, please be aware that your first day of diving will NOT be at either Si Amil or Sipadan for the safety and enjoyment of all of our guests. We do not conduct any courses at either of these islands.
·       If you have not been diving in 12 months or longer,  you will be required to participate in a refresher session.
·       All dive trips are guided by professional and friendly Certified Divemasters & instructors at a ratio of no more than 4 divers per guide.
·       Sipadan dive trips will begin with two fantastic 60-minute dives, then lunch with a breath-taking view of Sipadan island before heading back to Mabul for the third dive.
·       Possible additional transfer fee of RM150 each way if no other people are on the boat transfer.
·       A single supplement fee of RM200 per day is applicable if you are the only participant on your fun diving or snorkeling day.
·       If you are Malaysian please bring your original IC as this is required to show on your Sipadan day.
